Join the Neighborhood

The pool, lake, and other neighborhood amenities are only for use by residents of the Lakevale Estates community. If you’ve just moved into the neighborhood, please complete the following two actions:

1. Set up your website account: please email lemembersplash@gmail.com to coordinate creation of your account. This account is required for all Lakevale residents/homeowners as it is our method for HOA communications, voting, dues collection notices, etc. It is also required for use of the pool and other facilities.

2. Complete the form below: this information will help us ensure a smooth transition into the neighborhood.
