Join instructor Marny Ruetenik (RYT 200) Monday nights at the clubhouse at 6:30  for yoga.  The class focuses on breathing and relaxation techniques, basic postures, coaxing flexibility into stiff muscles, increasing strength and proper body alignment.  Special attention is paid to relaxing the chronic muscle tightness.
