Recycling and Trash Hauling Services
At least one Lakevale resident takes his recycling and trash to the dump (transfer station), but most residents pay either Republic/AAA or American to carry out this task.
Republic/AAA offers a discounted rate to Lakevale residents, but you must call them, state that your are a resident of Lakevale, and request the discount. They will not volunteer the discount unless you request it. The rate requires a one-year contract and is around $72 per quarter as of January 2015.
