Memorial for Richard Peatross
Richard Peatross and his wife, Elva, lived on Kenbrooke Court from the 1980s until 2004. As volunteer grounds manager, he spent countless hours caring for Lakevale’s grounds and landscaping. 
His efforts were recognized
with an engraved bench at the clubhouse entrance and a Kwanaa cherry tree planted by the playground.
This memorial was made possible by the generous donations of numerous Lakevale homeowners. We also appreciate the assistance of our neighbor Armando Lazcano, and his landscaping business, Fairfax Grounds Maintenance, in installing both items.
