Breakfast with Santa – A Lakevale Holiday Celebration!

It’s that time of year again!  Join friends and neighbors at the Lakevale Clubhouse parking lot on Saturday, December 4th, 2021, 9-11am (rain date 12/5 9-11am) for a celebration featuring:- Anita’s Food Truck and a Potluck Breakfast (signup below)
– Arts and Crafts
– Toys for Tots toy drive with two US Marine volunteers
– Holiday sing-along… including, of course, our very own Lakevale Christmas song
– And everyone’s favorite, a visit from the Big Man in Red himself… Santa Claus!If you plan on participating, please drop off one (modest) wrapped gift for your child at the Domin house at 2507 Brighton Court, along with $5/child ($10 max per family) between Monday, November 29 and Friday, December 3 by 5:00pm.  Please remember to label the gift with your child’s full name.  For questions about gifts, please email Christine.domin@gmail.com.

There will be a bin on the Domin’ front porch for the gifts, as well as a clipboard and envelope (for the money) near the bin for you to add your child(ren)’s name to the list and place the money in the envelope which will be attached to the clipboard.

Would you also like to spread joy to those less fortunate? Consider bringing a donation to Toys for Tots! We will have a drop off box at the Clubhouse with Marines coming to pick up the box! Toys must be new, unwrapped and age appropriate (up to 12).

Anita’s Food Truck & Lakevale Clubhouse Parking Lot – Saturday 12/4 at 9-11am

Courtesy of Beth MajorAnita’s food truck will be coming to the Lakevale clubhouse parking lot 9-11am on Satruday, 12/4.  You can preorder breakfast, or order at the window the day of.  Please see below for ordering instructions.

We are also asking that all residents do not park in the clubhouse parking lot Saturday morning, 12/4, as the annual Breakfast with Santa event will be taking place outside this year.  Thank you!

You will be contacted for payment. You can pre-order up until December 3 at 2pm and your order will be ready at 9am on 12/4. Save the Date: Neighborhood-Wide Holiday Celebration – 12/9

– band playing holiday songs
– s’mores
– fire pits
– food trucks and….

Boy Scout Project for Lakevale 

Courtesy of Mike LowenThis Saturday, December 4 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Boy Scout Troop 1539 will be performing an invasive species removal project in the Lakevale Estates common grounds by the lake and ball fields. Lakevale resident Luke Lowen will be leading this as part of his Eagle Scout requirement.

All are invited to participate.
